@LadyLUX's exclusive interview with Mickey Drexler of J. Crew
J.Crew just keeps getting better and better. The company, in business now for almost three decades, opened another men’s store at the beginning of this month, this time uptown on Madison Avenue and 79th Street. With very offbeat, American-look, antique shaving utensils adorning the shelves, along with vintage books, new and unique magazines, and a very woody atmosphere, the store is primed for the Upper-East-Side prepsters and traditionalists, who will be all too happy to welcome their new neighbor.

Have you Installed the Twitter app on your iPad? Our thoughts so far: cc @bhaggs @lorenb
Our first thought is if some of these features on the new iPad app will come to the web. Right now it is very difficult to track conversations through the web interface. Having everything show up in a thread would be great. So far the app interface and actions feel very slick and it is a new take on how to show tweets. Other likes:
-ability to view DM's like email with icons next to the sender
-the new panes that can be expanded into view or gestured to move right out of view
-video within the app We would love a web version that worked with the new Apple magic trackpad that gave us the new functionality and features of the app and brought them to the desktop. How cool would that be?
